1 Introduction and Acceptance

Welcome to hhbd3. These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member", "User", "you") and hhbd3 ("hhbd3", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the hhbd3 website located at https://hhbd3.io and all associated services, including sports betting, live casino games, slot games, crash games, payment processing, account management, and customer support.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the hhbd3 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the hhbd3 platform and close your account.

These Terms must be read alongside hhbd3's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference. hhbd3 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility and Registration

To register and maintain an account with hhbd3, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. hhbd3 strictly prohibits access by persons under the age of 21. Registration by minors is a violation of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any funds held in the account.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity).
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting and casino gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party when registering or using the account.
• You have not previously been excluded or suspended from hhbd3 or any affiliated platform.
• You are not employed by hhbd3, nor are you an immediate family member of a current hhbd3 employee, in a role that could provide unfair advantage.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. hhbd3 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any information provided at registration or at any time thereafter as part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) process.

Each individual may hold only one registered account on hhbd3. The creation of multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent suspension and forfeiture of funds across all associated accounts.

3 Account Management

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-step verification codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. hhbd3 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You must notify hhbd3 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account. hhbd3 may, at its discretion, temporarily suspend an account where there is suspicion of unauthorised access or fraudulent activity, pending investigation.

hhbd3 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks at any time, including requests for government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

Accounts that remain inactive (no login, deposit, bet, or withdrawal) for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. hhbd3 will make reasonable efforts to contact the account holder before applying any dormancy administration fee, as set out in hhbd3's current fee schedule.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

hhbd3 supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) through the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All financial transactions on the platform are denominated in BDT.

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 per transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000 per transaction.
• Maximum single withdrawal: Subject to current limits published in the account cashier section.
• Withdrawal processing time: Verified accounts using bKash or Nagad receive withdrawals within 15 minutes in most cases. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days.

hhbd3 only processes withdrawals to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, or to an account that has been verified as belonging to the registered member. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

hhbd3 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, particularly those involving large amounts or accounts that have not previously completed full KYC verification. hhbd3 may delay processing any withdrawal until satisfactory documentation is received.

hhbd3 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges. hhbd3 is not responsible for fees levied by third-party payment providers.

5 Betting and Casino Rules

All bets and casino wagers placed on hhbd3 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product (sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games) as published in the platform's help centre and game-specific rules pages. In the event of a conflict between those specific rules and these Terms, the specific product rules shall prevail.

For sports betting, including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed by the system. Quoted odds are not guaranteed until confirmation is received.
• hhbd3 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, at incorrect odds, or on events where a material error has occurred in the odds compilation process.
• In the event that a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned, settlement rules specific to that sport and market type will apply. In general, if a cricket match is abandoned before a result is determined under the applicable cricket regulations, bets may be void or settled at reduced odds depending on the market type.
• Live (in-play) betting is subject to the same rules as pre-match betting, with the additional caveat that hhbd3 may suspend or close markets at any time during a live event.

For casino games, including live dealer tables powered by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, and slot titles from Pragmatic Play, Habanero, NetEnt, and Microgaming:

• All games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealing procedures audited for fairness.
• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error, hhbd3 reserves the right to void the affected game round. Bets placed in a voided round will be returned to the member's account balance.
• Game-specific minimum and maximum stake limits apply and are displayed within each game interface.

hhbd3 is not responsible for interruptions to the platform caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party network issues, or force majeure events.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

hhbd3 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to the BPL, IPL, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and other events in the Bangladeshi calendar. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms:

• Bonuses are available to verified members aged 21 and above only.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per member, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• All bonus amounts are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted. The applicable wagering multiple will be clearly stated in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses expire 30 days after crediting unless an alternative expiry period is specified. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without compensation.
• hhbd3 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Members who hhbd3 reasonably believes are abusing the bonus system — including through bonus hunting, matched betting using promotional funds, or any other strategy designed to circumvent wagering requirements — may have their bonuses voided and their accounts reviewed.

7 Responsible Gaming

hhbd3 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help members maintain control over their gambling activity. The following tools are available to all registered members and may be requested at any time through the account settings or by contacting support:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control spending.
• Loss limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session time limits: Receive alerts and automatic logouts after a pre-set session duration.
• Cooling-off periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours up to 6 weeks.
• Permanent self-exclusion: Permanently close your account with no option to reopen. This option is irreversible and should only be chosen if you are certain you wish to cease all gambling activity on hhbd3.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the hhbd3 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance and pending withdrawals, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration or verification.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financially criminal purpose.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities in the platform or its games.
• Using automated betting bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with the platform without human input.
• Colluding with other players, including in live poker or other multi-player games, to gain an unfair advantage.
• Placing bets on the same event on opposing sides across multiple accounts to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome (arbitrage abuse).
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any conduct that corrupts the integrity of a sporting event.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to hhbd3's systems, servers, or databases.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing hhbd3 staff or other members.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the hhbd3 platform, including but not limited to the hhbd3 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, data feeds, and promotional materials, is the property of hhbd3 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any platform content without the prior written consent of hhbd3.

Game content is owned or licensed by the respective game studios and providers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Microgaming, Habanero, NetEnt, and Spribe. All rights in those games are reserved by their respective owners.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hhbd3 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from your own betting or gaming decisions.
• Loss or corruption of data, interruptions to service, or platform downtime.
• Unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to keep credentials secure.
• Errors in odds, scores, statistics, or other data displayed on the platform where such errors are promptly corrected upon discovery.
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or any banking institution.

hhbd3's total aggregate liability to any member, arising from any cause whatsoever, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by hhbd3's negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11 Privacy and Data

hhbd3 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at hhbd3.io/privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to hhbd3's collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

hhbd3 implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and hhbd3 cannot warrant the absolute security of information transmitted to or from the platform.

hhbd3 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with third-party service providers (including payment processors, fraud prevention services, and game providers) solely to the extent necessary to operate the platform and deliver its services.

12 Amendments to These Terms

hhbd3 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, hhbd3 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered members via the email address on file or via a prominent notice on the platform. It remains your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Your continued use of the hhbd3 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request closure of your account by contacting support.

13 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. hhbd3 operates as a safe and reliable platform and does not make specific claims regarding regulatory approval from any particular Bangladeshi government body.

In the event of a dispute between you and hhbd3, you are encouraged to contact our support team in the first instance. hhbd3 will endeavour to resolve all disputes in a fair and timely manner. All disputes must be raised within six (6) months of the event giving rise to the dispute; disputes raised after this period may not be considered.

hhbd3's decision on any disputed matter, once made after full review, shall be final and binding unless manifestly unreasonable. hhbd3 maintains complete transaction and betting records that will be used as the authoritative source of data in any dispute resolution process.
